CANCELLATION POLICY
Our goal at VALUABLEPLUS is to satisfy every customer to the fullest. We are available to assist you if you need to cancel the order for any reason. On VALUABLEPLUS, you have several options for canceling a product or products from your order.
Before the product or products in your order have been sent, you have the option to cancel your online order. By signing into your VALUABLEPLUS Account, you may check if you are eligible for a refund for the canceled order. More information about the refund process is given below.
You won't be able to cancel the order even if just one thing has delivered; in such scenario, the consumer would need to cancel just one product or the entire shipping.
It is not possible to cancel an order that includes furniture products if it hasn't been dispatched within the first 24 hours of placing the order; however, you can cancel other things in the order if they haven't been shipped.
